At Magnum Boots, we stand by our quality and offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your mission, we make the exchange and refund process straightforward and efficient.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Boots

  Place the unworn boots in their original branded box and secure them inside a durable shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
